Frameworks & Literacies. Networks. Opportunities.
The Warhol Academy
The Warhol Academy’s programming includes single and multi-day training sessions for participants to learn from practicing professionals with experience in in-demand creative and technical skills as well as experts who reinforce the soft skills needed for learners to have a strong foundation upon which to develop as professionals. We focus on empowering communities of people who are statistically underrepresented in the creative and technical industries to achieve their goals as job seekers, business owners, and change-makers with roots here in the Pittsburgh region.
Filmmaking & Post-Production Fellowship
This 16-week paid fellowship equips creatives who possess a base level of production skills with proven frameworks and real-world experiences to develop as professionals. Fellows gain experience in project development, pitching, pre-production, production, and post production through hands-on, project-based work. This includes opportunities to produce personal projects and contribute to client-based work.
Fellows will actively participate as production assistants and camera operators, among other crew roles. This immersive experience within a professional environment is purpose-built for technical skill building and empowering creatives to pursue their career pathways.
